Awards Details:

The Excellence in Nursing Award will be awarded to a full-time Ontario Tech student according to the following criteria: 

• The student must be enrolled in year 4 of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program offered collaboratively between Ontario Tech and Durham College.
• The student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• The student must demonstrate a quality of bedside excellence and an interest in studying surgical nursing.

• The Student must provide one letter of reference:
  • The letter of reference must be emailed directly from the Clinical Instructor/Professor to connect@ontariotechu.ca
  • Please advise your recommender that his/her letter must be received by the application deadline date or your application will be incomplete and will not be reviewed.
