Awards Details:

City Idea Lab is looking for a student or multiple students, to complete a project to create a digital version of this presentation for a Fall 2020 launch with City Idea Lab’s virtual courses. The presentation would be a mixture of filmed portions of City staff speaking, PowerPoint information, as well as use innovative and creative features, so that the students are engaged and receptive to this information.

Student Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution and be returning in September 2020
• Preference will be given to those who are currently participating in or who have completed a City Idea Lab course with a minimum B+
• Good academic standing
• Commitment to attend promotional opportunities and special events
• Commitment to completing 65 hours participation in a project

Application process:

If students are interested in applying, they are to complete the RBC City Idea Lab Student Leadership Award Application and submit this with a resume via email to the City Idea Lab Coordinator Yvonne Mais (yvonne.mais@ontariotechu.ca) no later than wed and selected on July 31st. All applicants will be notified of the decision shortly after this date.
