Awards Details:

The UOIT International Education Award is available for students who are seeking to complete part of their academic program abroad, with approval from their Faculty. This scholarship will provide eligible students with financial support for a specific period of academic study, work term or co-op placement outside of Canada.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be registered full-time at UOIT, participating in a faculty approved international study program
• Must have a demonstrated financial need 
• Must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person

To apply to this award:

• Log into MyCampus
• Click on the UOIT Awards and Financial Aid tab
• Under Bursary Applications (helpful links section), click on Start my application
• Click on Apply for Student Aid or View my Applications  
• Click continue
• From the list select the appropriate award

After you have submitted your application, please contact the UOIT Student Awards and Financial Aid (SAFA) office to book an appointment with a Student Awards Officer. Your application will not be assessed until you meet with a Student Awards Officer to review your application and supporting documentation.
