Awards Details:

The Daniel Gazarek Entrepreneurship Award will be awarded to a full-time UOIT student according to the following criteria:

• The student must be studying in the Faculty of Business and IT
• The student must demonstrate a strong interest in being an entrepreneur
• The student must be in good academic standing

The student must also submit a two page business plan and a letter demonstrating a strong interest in being an entrepreneur, as well as at least one reference letter form one professor in the Faculty of Business and Information Technology.

• Click continue
• From the list select the appropriate award
