The Oshawa B’nai Brith Award in Human Rights will be awarded to a full-time, undergraduate UOIT student who meets the following criteria:
- The student must be enrolled in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities.
- The student must demonstrate strong academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- The student must demonstrate a strong commitment to human rights through volunteerism in an organization that promotes human rights.
