Parking Services will begin selling annual and fall semester permits on Tuesday, July 3. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis so you are encouraged to buy permits early.

Fall semester passes are valid from Saturday, September 1 to Monday, December 31. Annual passes are valid from Saturday, September 1 to Saturday, August 31, 2019.

Please visit the Parking Services registration site to see rates and availability and to purchase.

If you are purchasing a permit for the first time, you will need to register online and then go to the Parking Services offices (main floor, Gordon Willey building, Oshawa campus or Whitby parking office) to get your new pass. If you have an existing parking pass, simply renew your pass online.

If you are requesting permit access for Founders lots 4 or 5 or Simcoe Village, a hang tag must be obtained/exchanged from Parking Services.
